现任加拿大移民部长的最后一次福利！移民快速通道ExpressEntry第52次邀请分数线出炉！
2017年01月11日移民快速通道ExpressEntry第52次邀请分数线459，邀请3334人，不分职业、不分类别。
最近的邀请分数对加拿大留学生来说绝对是重大利好，首先2017年头半个月就邀请了超过6000个申请，这种邀请力度不仅前无古人，相信之后也会比较罕见。459的邀请分数更是对有加拿大3年以上学历（或硕士、博士学位）的申请人来说相当于新政前的429分，我们不敢说这样的分数是历史新低，但对留学生来说已经不算是高不可攀，想要移民的申请人应当趁这个势头赶紧刷雅思上车。
值得注意的是这次邀请依然是麦家廉发布的部长指令，这应该是他担任本届移民部长的最后一个部长指令，一周时间邀请了6000多申请人，说明他迫切想要在离任之前再给留学生发一些福利，以兑现总理竞选时让留学生更容易移民的承诺。
我们对新移民部长的移民政策拭目以待。

MINISTERIAL INSTRUCTIONS RESPECTING INVITATIONS TO APPLY FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCE UNDER THE EXPRESS ENTRY SYSTEM (JANUARY 11, 2017)
Determination — number of invitations
1. (1) For the purposes of paragraph 10.2(1)(b) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, the number of invitations that may be issued during the period beginning on January 11, 2017 and ending on January 12, 2017 is 3,334.
Determination required rank
(2) Foreign nationals who, on January 11, 2017 at 15:16:33 UTC, have been assigned a total of 459 points or more under the Comprehensive Ranking System that is set out in the Ministerial Instructions Respecting the Express Entry System, as published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on December 1, 2014 and as amended from time to time, occupy the rank required to be invited to make an application for permanent residence.
